Jun 24, 2017· Yes it is. Its pretty good as a base game, but due to the massive expansions and flavour dlc's I recommend that you use an old version. If you like the game "like most that bought it at start or knew the CK series or tbh any Pdox series" then you will be happy to fork out 20-40 euro more for the two essential dlc's "patch wise" and a few flavour ones.
